Refund Policy

1. Coverage & Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all projects, services, and solutions delivered by CloudTrains, a brand operated by Vyomati Labs (“CloudTrains”, “we”, “our”). It does not cover third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, cloud servers, APIs, or licenses, which are directly borne by the client.

2. Eligibility for Refund

• Project Not Initiated: If the project has not started after the advance payment, a 100% refund of the advance will be made.
• Scope Not Delivered: If agreed deliverables are not provided as per the signed proposal or statement of work (SOW), CloudTrains will refund for the undelivered portion only.
• Duplicate / Excess Payment: Any payment made by error or duplicate will be fully refunded after verification.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• When the project has started and work has been delivered as per agreed milestones.
• When dissatisfaction arises due to a change of mind, change in business model, or delays caused by third-party dependencies (server downtime, API changes, hosting issues).
• Advance payments for completed milestones are strictly non-refundable.
• When the delivered work has been used, deployed, or made live.

4. Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be submitted via email to accounts@cloudtrains.com along with a detailed explanation and supporting documentation, if applicable. CloudTrains will acknowledge receipt of the request within 5 business days. Upon review, we may propose corrective measures, revisions, or alternative resolutions before approving any refund. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 90 business days to the original mode of payment.

5. Our Commitment

We strive to deliver projects with the highest level of quality and client satisfaction. Refunds are considered a last resort after all possible solutions and resolutions have been explored.
